The tavern is owned by Bartholomew “Barley” Hearthstone—a warm-hearted and burly bear with a knack for hospitality.

Barley is known for his booming laugh, bottomless pocket of riddles, and the magical red coat he wears which is said to warm anyone near him, no matter how cold the weather.

Hw considers everyone who visits his tavern part of his family and takes great pride in creating a space where all are welcome, whether they’re longtime villagers or weary travelers passing through.

The Mystic Needle Tailor shop is a beacon of warmth that stands proudly at the heart of the village, its frosted windows showcasing an enchanting array of garments. 

Each piece—a flowing winter cloak, a sparkling gown, or a cozy scarf—seems to tell its own magical story, lovingly crafted by the nimble paws of Milly Tinkermouse.

Inside, the shop is a haven of creativity and comfort. Bolts of fabric in every hue imaginable are stacked high, glittering faintly with an enchanted shimmer.
